Anti Ragging Committee

The Anti-Ragging Committee is formed to ensure a ragging-free campus and to implement zero tolerance against any form of ragging as per AICTE/UGC regulations. The committee’s role typically includes: • Awareness and prevention of ragging incidents • Monitoring campus activities and irregularities • Prompt inquiry and action on complaints of ragging • Ensuring compliance with national anti-ragging laws and guidelines

The Admission Cell is responsible for managing and coordinating all admission-related activities of the institute. It provides guidance and support to prospective students regarding eligibility criteria, counseling, seat allotment, document verification, fee submission, and other admission procedures. The Admission Cell is committed to ensuring a transparent, efficient, and student-friendly admission process while assisting applicants at every stage of their enrollment journey.

National Service Scheme

National Service Scheme (NSS) is a Government of India youth program started in 1969 under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Objective:- To develop students’ personality through community service. Main Activities: 1.Cleanliness drives (Swachh Bharat) 2. Tree plantation 3. Blood donation camps 4. Health awareness programs 5. Rural development camps (7-day special camp) Motto: “Not Me, But You” Benefit:- Builds leadership, social responsibility, teamwork, and national integration among students.

Red Ribbon Club

Red Ribbon Club (RRC) is a youth program supported by the Government of India to create awareness about HIV/AIDS and promote healthy lifestyles among students. Objective:- To educate youth about HIV/AIDS prevention and remove stigma & discrimination. Main Activities: 1. HIV/AIDS awareness rallies 2. Blood donation camps 3. Counseling and testing awareness 4. World AIDS Day (1st December) programs Symbol: Red Ribbon (sign of HIV/AIDS awareness) Benefit:- Promotes safe behavior, voluntary blood donation, and social awareness among youth.

Exam Section

The Examination Section is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all examination-related activities of the institute in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University Bhilai and the affiliating examination authority. The section ensures the smooth, transparent, and confidential conduct of examinations and timely declaration of results. Key Responsibilities: * Registration and enrollment of students for examinations. * Preparation and dissemination of examination schedules and notices. * Coordination of theory, practical, sessional, and semester examinations. * Distribution of examination-related documents. * Arrangement of examination centers, invigilation duties, and examination logistics. * Maintenance of examination records, attendance, and confidential documents. * Handling of students grievances related to examinations. * Ensuring compliance with examination rules and academic regulations.
